2009 Summer Graduate Classes Introduction to Multi-sensory, Synthetic Phonics, Levels I, II, III,
3 semester graduate Curriculum Adaptations for Students Struggling with Reading, Written Expression and Spelling Levels I, II, 3 semester graduate credits or CEU’s. How do you teach the subject matter to students who struggle? This course stresses changing the way the curriculum is presented; not by watering down the content or changing the curriculum. Level II involves matching the state/district curriculum to the grade level text and vice-versa. These adaptations are consistent with the Orton-Gillingham Approach. Course Objectives are available upon request. Note: these courses can be part of a school year staff development program.
