ADDITIONAL SCHOOL SERVICES

Teacher Consultation Time - Individual consultation time is available for classroom and special education teachers. The staff of Education Consultants of the Midwest, Inc., is available by phone or in person to discuss instructional concerns about specific students or class problems in general. The goal of the teacher consultation service is to provide alternative ideas and strategies so that the teachers can best meet the unique and special needs of their students. The cost is $45 per hour in a minimum unit of a half hour for the first consultation.

School Building/District Consultation Time - Schools, public and private, may consult with a variety of ECM Inc. staff members who can assist school administrators with difficult school based issues and decisions regarding students, staff, or both. These services are NOT designed to substitute for individual psychological services. The cost is $45 per hour in a minimum unit of a half hour for the first consultation.

Clinical Teaching Sessions - Students who are not learning in spite of our best efforts present a special challenge. This is a diagnostic service on site, using informal tests and a variety of instructional methods to discover alternative, but effective instructional approaches for reading, spelling and written expression, and arithmetic. The cost is $45 per hour.
